After a long career in the hospitality industry and as the mother of two grown daughters, I know that weddings aren’t just about timelines and details—they’re about family, tradition, and creating memories that last a lifetime. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust guiding you through this process, so I approach every wedding with the same thoughtfulness and care I would give my own family.

Day-Of On-Site Management

You’ve done all the planning, now it’s time to hand off the clipboard and soak in every joyful moment. We'll take it from here, making sure your day runs seamlessly from start to finish. The Day-Of Package includes the following services:
Customized Day-Of Planning Form
A thorough form to capture every detail so nothing is left to chance. From your wedding day timeline, music selections, vendor details, décor plan, and all of the day’s special moments, we will make sure nothing is missed.
1-Hour Zoom Consultation
The key to our success is taking the time to understand you and your vision for your wedding day. Together, we will spend one hour walking through the Planning Form and your Timeline to ensure every detail is aligned so we can represent you fully, authentically, and confidently when the big day arrives.
Unlimited Communication
Lean on us for thoughtful advice and guidance throughout the planning process! We will be available by email or text after contracting to provide you with the wisdom you need.
Vendor Coordination
Your on-site planner will oversee vendor arrivals, set-up, and execution on the day of your event to make sure that everything runs smoothly, is set-up on time, and exceeds your expectations!
Décor Setup Assistance
Our team will oversee the setup of your ceremony and reception décor, guaranteeing everything is in place, on time, and styled to reflect your vision with care
Post-Wedding Pack-Up
All personal belongings and personal decor items will be gathered and packed up at the end of the reception for a quick and easy exit at the end of the evening.
Full Wedding Day Coverage
One EverWise Planner will be on-site for up to 12 hours of day-of management of your ceremony and reception at a single venue. Additional planner(s) may be required based on set-up requirements. If your ceremony and reception are taking place at different locations, a planner is required for each venue. Additional hours: $150/hour (up to 15 hours).
Month-Of Management

You're in the home stretch. We'll help you cross the finish line with ease by finalizing details, managing vendors, and providing full coordination in the weeks leading up to your big day. In addition to all services provided in the Day-Of Package, the Month-Of includes:
1-Hour Zoom Consultation + One 2-Hour In-Person Meeting
In addition to the 1-hour zoom consultation to review your Planning Form, we will also meet you at your venue for a 2-hour walkthrough and a thorough review of the ceremony and reception details so that we can represent you with confidence when the big day arrives.
Comprehensive Timeline Creation
Our team will prepare and oversee a comprehensive wedding day timeline for you, your vendors, family, and wedding party so that everyone is informed, organized, and exactly where they need to be.
Vendor Contract Review and Pre-Event Vendor Management
We will review your venue, florist, and entertainment signed contracts to ensure all requirements are covered, then take over communication with these vendors 30 days before your wedding, including confirmation of arrival, setup, and logistics so everyone is on the same page.
Guest Count and Special Request Management
Sharing your final guest count with vendors on time is key to keeping everything on track and within budget. We’ll take care of this for you by confirming details with your venue, updating your caterer with food and beverage guarantees and special meal requests, and reviewing the room layout so everything is perfectly prepared for your celebration.
1-Hour On-Site Rehearsal Management
Your EverWise planner will attend your ceremony rehearsal to manage ceremony flow, wedding party placement, and final logistics.
Full Wedding Day Coverage
Two EverWise Planners on-site for ceremony and reception for up to 12 hours of day-of management. Additional planner(s) may be required based on set-up requirements. Additional hours: $150/hour (up to 15 hours).
Partial Planning
$6,000
Perfect for couples who want hands-on support without full-service planning. We’ll guide you through the big decisions and manage the most time consuming components of the planning process. The Partial Planning Package includes all elements of the Day-Of and Month-Of packages, plus:
1-Hour Zoom Consultation + Two 1 Hour Zoom Meetings + Two 2-Hour In-Person Meetings
Multiple zoom and in-person meetings will allow us to guide you through planning milestones based on your specific needs. We can join you for a venue walk through, vendor meetings or tastings, and even spend time brainstorming decor ideas and other details.
Budget Guidance
Prioritizing decisions and managing vendor costs is one of the most important aspects of the planning process. We will guide you in making smart choices and balancing expenses to make sure your vision comes to life while staying on budget.
Vendor Contract Review
We will review and provide negotiation advice for your venue, florist and entertainment contracts to ensure all requirements are addressed and communicated before you sign.
Pre-Event Vendor Management
Precise communication of details with your venue, florist and entertainment is a key element of a stress-free ceremony and reception. We will take over communication with these vendors 90 days before your wedding, including confirmation of arrival, setup, and logistics so everyone is on the same page.
Venue Search & Selection
We’ll provide a curated list of ceremony and reception venues tailored to your vision, with a detailed comparison chart for up to 10 venues. We will also coordinate tour bookings for up to 6 venues.
Guest Accommodation Assistance
You will receive pricing and availability for up to 6 hotels, and we will secure and manage hotel blocks with your selected hotel(s).
Transportation Coordination
For wedding day transportation, we will provide options, negotiate pricing and manage details for your wedding party, guests and the bride & groom send off.

Let us plan your rehearsal dinner from beginning to end! We can assist you with venue selection, food and beverage coordination, entertainment, custom designed menus, placecards, signage, and more. We’ll track guest responses and provide guest guarantees and special requests to all of the appropriate vendors.
