Day-Of On-Site Management

$1,500

You’ve done all the planning, now it’s time to hand off the clipboard and soak in every joyful moment. We'll take it from here, ensuring your day runs seamlessly from start to finish. The Day-Of Package includes the following services:

Customized Day-Of Planning Form

A thorough form to capture every detail so nothing is left to chance. From your wedding day timeline, music selections, vendor details, décor plan, and all of the day’s special moments, we will make sure nothing is missed.

1-Hour Zoom Consultation

The key to our success is taking the time to truly understand you and your vision for your wedding day. Together, we will spend one hour walking through the Planning Form and your Timeline to ensure every detail is aligned so we can represent you fully, authentically, and confidently when the big day arrives.

Unlimited Communication

Lean on us for thoughtful advice and guidance throughout the planning process! We will be available by email or text after contracting to provide you with the wisdom you need.

Vendor Coordination

Your on-site planner will oversee of vendor arrivals, setup, and execution on the day of your event.

Décor Setup Assistance

Our team will oversee the setup of your ceremony and reception décor, guaranteeing everything is in place, on time, and styled to reflect your vision with care

Post-Wedding Pack-Up

All personal belongings and decor will be gathered and packed up at the end of the celebration for a quick and easy exit at the end of the evening.

Full Wedding Day Coverage

One EverWise Planner will be on-site for up to 12 hours of day-of management of your ceremony and reception at a single venue. An additional planner is required for two venues. Additional planner(s) may also be required based on set-up requirements. Additional hours: $150/hour (up to 15 hours).

Month-Of Management

You're in the home stretch. We'll help you cross the finish line with ease by finalizing details, managing vendors, and providing full coordination in the weeks leading up to your big day. In addition to all services provided in the Day-Of Package, the Month-Of includes:

1-Hour Zoom Consultation + One 2-Hour In-Person Meeting

In addition to the 1-hour zoom consultation to review your Planning Form, we will also meet you at your venue for a 2-hour walkthrough and review of all of the ceremony and reception details so we can represent you fully, authentically, and confidently when the big day arrives.

Comprehensive Timeline Creation

Our team will prepare and oversee a comprehensive wedding day timeline for you, your vendors, family, and wedding party—ensuring everyone is informed, organized, and exactly where they need to be.

Vendor Contract Review and Pre-Event Vendor Management

We will review all of your signed vendor contracts to ensure all requirements are addressed. We will also manage vendor communications on your behalf 30 days prior to your wedding day, and we will also communicate all of the important details including arrival and set-up times and any other important logistical details to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Guest Count and Special Request Management

Your final guest count and any subsequent changes will be communicated to relevant vendors,

review the final room layout with your venue and manage food & beverage guarantees and special meal requests with your caterer.

1-Hour On-Site Rehearsal Management

Coordination of ceremony flow, wedding party placement, and final logistics.

Full Wedding Day Coverage

Partial Planning

$6,000

Perfect for couples who want hands-on support without full-service planning. We’ll guide you through the big decisions and manage the most time consuming components of the planning process. The Partial Planning Package includes all elements of the Day-Of and Month-Of packages, plus:

1-Hour Zoom Consultation + Two 1 Hour Zoom Meetings + Two 2-Hour In-Person Meetings

Multiple zoom and in-person meetings will allow us to guide you through planning milestones based on your specific needs. We can join you for vendor meetings or tastings, and even spend time brainstorming decor ideas and other details.

Budget Guidance

Assistance with prioritizing decisions and managing vendor costs to keep your budget on track.

Vendor Contract Review

We will review and provide negotiation advice for your vendor contracts to ensure all requirements are addressed and communicated before you sign.

Pre-Event Vendor Management

We will manage vendor communications on your behalf throughout the process. We will also communicate all of the important details including arrival and set-up times and any other important logistical details to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Venue Search & Selection

We’ll provide a curated list of ceremony and reception venues tailored to your vision, with a detailed comparison chart for up to 20 venues. We will also coordinate tour bookings for up to 10 venues.

Guest Accommodation Assistance

We can provide pricing, availability, and secure hotel blocks for your guests and manage reservations with your selected hotel(s).

Transportation Coordination

Provide options, negotiate pricing and manage details for wedding party, guest and bride & groom exit.

Includes one EverWise Planner for up to 2 hours of on-site coordination working with your venue, officiant, family and wedding party to ensure that everyone involved is prepped and ready for your big day!

Rehearsal Dinner On-Site Management – $1,000/4 hours; $250/hour for additional hours

Our EverWise Planner will advance your rehearsal dinner and oversee vendor arrivals and set-up, along with placement of additional items such as signage, table numbers, placecards and table decor. We will also oversee the event as it takes place making sure that everything runs smoothly!

Let us plan your rehearsal dinner from beginning to end! We can assist you with venue selection, food and beverage coordination, entertainment, custom designed menus, placecards, signage, and more. We will also advance the event and oversee vendor set-up and stay throughout the evening to make sure everything runs smoothly!

RSVP Management

We’ll track guest responses and provide guest guarantees and special requests to all of the appropriate vendors.
