You're in the home stretch. We'll help you cross the finish line with ease by finalizing details, managing vendors, and providing full coordination in the weeks leading up to your big day. In addition to all services provided in the Day-Of Package, the Month-Of includes:

1-Hour Zoom Consultation + One 2-Hour In-Person Meeting

In addition to the 1-hour zoom consultation to review your Planning Form, we will also meet you at your venue for a 2-hour walkthrough and review of all of the ceremony and reception details so we can represent you fully, authentically, and confidently when the big day arrives.

Comprehensive Timeline Creation

Our team will prepare and oversee a comprehensive wedding day timeline for you, your vendors, family, and wedding party—ensuring everyone is informed, organized, and exactly where they need to be.

 

Vendor Contract Review and Pre-Event Vendor Management

We will review all of your signed vendor contracts to ensure all requirements are addressed. We will also manage vendor communications on your behalf 30 days prior to your wedding day, and we will also communicate all of the important details including arrival and set-up times and any other important logistical details to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Guest Count and Special Request Management

Your final guest count and any subsequent changes will be communicated to relevant vendors,

review the final room layout with your venue and manage food & beverage guarantees and special meal requests with your caterer.

1-Hour On-Site Rehearsal Management

Coordination of ceremony flow, wedding party placement, and final logistics.

 

Full Wedding Day Coverage

Two EverWise Planners on-site for ceremony and reception for up to 12 hours of day-of management. Additional planner(s) may be required based on set-up requirements. Additional hours: $150/hour (up to 15 hours). Additional planners available upon request.
